This matcha is the most premium in our range using ‘Yabukita’ tea variety. Since it has little astringency, it is suitable for whisking and drinking. This matcha is produced using an extremely labor intensive cultivation method called indirect shading, not only the taste but also the aroma and fragrance are significantly enhanced. This matcha has a vibrant green color and a smooth, mellow flavor.
