Shipping policy
At Love Ya So Matcha, we pack your orders with care and ship them as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your matcha without delay.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Please note: These timeframes are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location, peak periods, and unforeseen delays.
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery time is out of our hands. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey to your door.
